Our Sensor Guarantee: All motion reading calculations are computed directly on your system's hardware. **No sensor coordinates or raw readings are stored, transmitted, or shared with third parties.**

2. Location Services & Discovery

To provide you with highly relevant, local high-vibe adventures, CheroFUNbia uses temporary location searches:

Manual Search: You can choose a city or metropolitan hub manually. No precise tracking is utilized.
Device Location: If you grant location permission, we detect your approximate latitude and longitude.
Grounded Reverse Geocoding: We convert these coordinates into a city name using the privacy-respecting Nominatim reverse-geocoding service.
No Location Logging: Your exact GPS coordinates are used contextually in real-time and are **never logged, compiled, or persisted** on any server database.

3. Local Storage Policy

All itinerary planning, personal itineraries, and selected itinerary cards are stored **locally on your device** (using native Preferences / localStorage). We do not run automated cloud database syncs of your plans, meaning you retain complete sandboxed control over your data. You can clear this data at any time by selecting the "Reset All" option in the application settings.

4. Advertisements & Affiliates

To keep CheroFUNbia completely free and accessible, we serve contextual advertisements and select affiliate links:

Non-Personalized Ads (NPA): We prioritize your rights and deliver Non-Personalized Ads. We do not use profiling, cookies to record demographics, or search histories for ad targeting. Ads are strictly delivered contextually based on the general city hub details displayed on the active tab.
Third Party Advertisers: We partner with Google AdSense. While ads are non-personalized, standard third-party tags use cookies for vital non-profiling utility: traffic frequency capping, click validation, and anti-fraud management.
Booking & Events: Suggestions may feature embedded direct URLs redirecting to certified booking platforms (e.g. Viator, Ticketmaster). Sharing occurs only upon user clicking their outbound links, governed by their respective independent terms.

5. Gemini AI Engine Proxying

Our search utilizes the Google Gemini API to discover nearby adventures. No personal descriptors, device configurations, or IP details are proxy-sent to Google's API during these calls — only general, non-personal search filters such as age preferences or the requested city hub.

We do not knowingly collect or target personal identification information of minors under the age of 13.
